HISTORICAL REVIEW<\/span><\/h3>\n

It was incorporated as a section of the Association San Juan Ap\u00f3stol y Jes\u00fas Resucitado for the Resurrection Sunday\u2019s Procession in 1959, being its first president Mr Juan Mart\u00ednez Vicente. During its first years, the paso consisted in a solitary cross with flowers garlands. In 1972 it is ordered to the Murcian sculptor Mr. Jos\u00e9 Lozano Roca to make a new paso for replacing that simple Cross. In 1992 it passed to take part of the Confraternity La Oraci\u00f3n del Huerto.<\/p>\n

ICONOGRAPHY<\/span><\/h3>\n

It represents the allegorical moment of Victory and the Cross\u2019 Triumph for Jes\u00fas\u2019 death on it. It is symbolised by an Angel who carries and lifts a Cross. It is one of the last works by Lozano Roca, considering that he dies that same year of the paso\u2019s premiere in Jumilla..<\/p>\n

AUTHOR<\/span><\/h3>\n

It is a work by the Murcian sculptor of religious images Jos\u00e9 Lozano Roca in 1972. Among his more important works are the Beniel\u2019s Soledad, the Cristo de la Agon\u00eda, the Totana\u2019s Virgen de la Esperanza, the Mula\u2019s Soledad, the Requena\u2019s Oraci\u00f3n del Huerto (1949), and the Jumilla\u2019s Samaritana and Virgen Gloriosa.<\/p>\n

THRONE<\/span><\/h3>\n

Of purple velvet and a lilac velvet cape, with a silvery lam\u00e9 sash. Black velvet hood which carries embroidered in silver the Passion\u2019s Holy Chalice, the Brotherhood\u2019s emblem.<\/p><\/div><\/div>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
