HISTORICAL REVIEW<\/span><\/h3>\n

With the purpose of confraternity could take part in all the processions of Jumilla\u2019s Easter , without having repeating any Bible passage, it is agreed on general assembly the creation of a new paso, concretely the Elevaci\u00f3n de Cristo a la Cruz.
\nIn April 2005, Mr. President of the Confraternity, Pedro Francisco Navarro M\u00ednguez, signs the contract with the sculptor for the realisation of the new sculptoric group, which would see the light for the first time in 2008, in the Good Friday\u2019s morning in the Calvary\u2019s Procession.<\/p>\n

ICONOGRAPHY<\/span><\/h3>\n

The sculptoric group is formed by four carving images, three executioners and the figure of Christ.
\nThe paso represents the historical moment when Christ\u2019s body, once nailed by the arms to the patibulum, is erected to the stipes by two executioners by means of a system of pulleys. Meanwhile the third executioner waits at Lord\u2019s feet for proceeding to nail the feet to the stipes or palus.<\/p>\n

AUTHOR<\/span><\/h3>\n

Sculptoric group realised by the notable sculptor from Los Ramos (Murcia), Mr Jos\u00e9 Antonio Hern\u00e1ndez Navarro, being this one the third work that realises for Confraternity El Rollo.<\/p>\n

THRONE<\/span><\/h3>\n

Of polychrome wood carved in Artesan\u00edas Carsa from Yecla in 1994 for walking in procession on wheels.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

Standard<\/h3>

designed by the Jumilla\u2019s artist Mr. Jos\u00e9 T\u00e9var Garc\u00eda, realised in the workshops of Ciriaco Ruiz in Valencia. Embroidered in gold and fine silver on silk velvet, with central oil of Christ\u2019s face, realised by another artist from Jumilla, Bartolom\u00e9 Medina.<\/p><\/div><\/div>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
