HISTORICAL REVIEW<\/span><\/h3>\n

With the aim of completing the procession of the Holy Burial in 1980, being president Mr Juan Jim\u00e9nez Fern\u00e1ndez, it is ordered to the sculptor Mr Javier Santos de la Hera, the realization of an image of Crucifixed Christ in the moment of the Expiration, walking for the first time in 1981.<\/p>\n

AUTHOR<\/span><\/h3>\n

Javier Santos de las Heras, born in Bilbao, settled in Madrid, where he won the National Sculpture Award.<\/p>\n

THRONE<\/span><\/h3>\n

In 1988 it is made a new throne in the workshops of the famous Sevillian carver Mr Manuel Guzm\u00e1n Bejarano.
