Venerable and Distinguished Brotherhood San Juan Apóstol
HISTORICAL REVIEW
It was founded in 1959, when it is premiered the image with the new procession of Jesús Resucitado, created as a section of the San Juan Apóstol Brotherhood, being president Mr. Jacobo González Atienza. The paso walked during the course of the same with a great popular expectancy.

Crowns: of goldsmithing in gold, realised in the workshops of Orfebrería Casa David from Valencia.
ICONOGRAPHY
It represents the moment in which Jesús defeats the death and He resurrects glorious.
AUTHOR
It is a work by the Murcian sculptor Mr. José Planes Peñalver. This post-war era sculptor, with a great experience in all the national geography, has several works in our town. Being some works to emphasise: El Cristo de la Vida, El Sepulcro, the sculptoric group of El Descendimiento, El Crucificado of the Santo Costado and the Longinos at horse of the same group.
THRONE
The image goes over andas carved in wood and gilded in baroque Murcian style, illuminated by four candelabra on the same material, realised in the workshops of the Sevillan wood carver Julián Sánchez in 1994.
Tunic
The anderos stylishly dress a white wool tunic with a embroidered red silk sash, a red velvet hood.
Standard
set on blue velvet, embroidered in gold and silver to the coat of arms, with a central oil of the Resurrected’s image. Realised in the workshops of José Romero Benítez from Sevilla, in 1990. Designed by Mr José Tévar.
